Login into your account and edit your account profile.  This can be done at the following menu item:

Account / Setup / Edit Account / Edit Account Profile

Verify that your contact information is correct.  At the bottom of the screen you will see where to set traffic alerts.

Why was my account cancelled?

Your account may have been canceled due to an invalid credit card expiration date or your credit card may have been declined when we attempted to bill you

What are the definitions of 'page view', 'daily unique', 'monthly unique' and 'new visitor'?

A page view refers to a single web page being downloaded to a browser.  Every time the user navigates to the page or hits the Refresh button will cause a page view.  The exception to this is that often the page is cached on the users hard drive and is not downloaded from the web.  This situation will not cause a page view

When we refer to a 'hit count', we mean page views.

A unique visitor, on the other hand, is a distinct person that visits a web page.  The visitor may visit the page 10 times a day, but is recorded as a single visitor.  Unique visitors are tracked per day, per month and all-time.

A daily unique visitor is someone who comes to your site for the first time that day.

A monthly unique visitor is someone who comes to your site for the first time that month.

An new visitor is someone who comes to your site for the first time ever.

Can this track secure sites (starting with https:)?

Yes.  We check if the page uses SSL, and if so, the tracking pixel is served up from a secure site.  Therefore, the same script can be used with secure and non-secure sites and pages.
