My account suddenly stopped tracking.

Things to check:

1) Is your billing info up to date?  If your account fails billing you will have seven days to reenter new information.  During this time we send daily billing notifications to the email address in the account profile.  If not updated your account will then be canceled and the end of this grace period.

2) Have you made any recent changes to your site that could have affected the tracking script in any way?  Sometimes the slightest alteration can affect the script and cause it to not function correctly.  Remove and replace with fresh script from your account.

Why does my "Search Engine Referral" report have more referrals than the "Referrals" report?

All search engine referrals are listed in the search engine referrals report.  The 'Referrers' report lists only the search engine referrals the first time a user visits your site in a day (a daily unique visit). This can lead to a higher number of search engine referrals in this report than the 'Referrers' report since this report may list multiple search engine referrals per user per day.

I cannot login.

First,

1. Try checking and verifying the password.

2. Try clearing your temporary internet files and cookies and try again 

3. Verify that your browser allows you to accept cookies (this may have changed if you have recently installed a spyware blocker)
